Katy Perry Prismatic World Tour rip error

I own Katy Perry's Prismatic World Tour Bluray but when I try to make a digital copy it only rips 1 hour of the concert (it is 1:56 hours long) and the log is as follows:
Note: The disc is new, it is clean, with no scratches and in a Sony Bluray player, it plays ok.

Are you sure the disk is clean? Your drive is having problems reading parts of it. And MakeMKV insists on being able to read without error. Did YOU clean it, or just assume that fresh-from-the-sealed-package is "clean"?
