Error ripping Killswitch Engage BluRay

Having an issue ripping the BluRay "Killswitch Engage: Beyond the Flames: Home Video Part II. This is my First time having an issue so I really don't know where to start. I assume there is a log of some kind I can post for more guidance?

The bottom portion of the MakeMKV screen has a record of the log messages MakeMKV had during the current session. Usually at the top of that, it mentions where the log is being written to. By default, MakeMKV overwrites the log file each time you start MakeMKV.
