Well, I popped "Blu-Ray RegAC RegB" into DuckDuckGo and the results it gave me pertained to regions. I know it's probably been a few years since you put this matter to bed, but I recently picked up this Blu-Ray on DeepDiscount while I was buying a bunch of others during a sale. Since DuckDuckGo's results pertained to regions, I guess the RegAC title would be for regions A and C, which is odd, since region A is North America, while region C is Asia.
