Can't decrypt

After ripping well over 1000 discs, I'm now getting these errors on both of my drives when reading Blu Ray discs.

Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:COPY PROTECTION KEY EXCHANGE FAILURE - AUTHENTICATION FAILURE'
Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:COPY PROTECTION KEY EXCHANGE FAILURE - KEY NOT ESTABLISHED'

Any ideas?

Several. To narrow it down, we need information like "what drive are you using?", "what disk did you recently try in both drives?", and "What files did MakeMKV create to help troubleshoot the problem?"
