Chuck - Season 2 Disc 4

I'm having trouble ripping disc 4, and I'm not sure how to proceed. Anyone have any ideas on what I could do? I have attached the log file with debugging enabled.

That would sorta point to your optical drive having trouble reading the disc. Perhaps try gently cleaning the disc.
