A Failure with this Foreign Title BR Disc

I did read that link, which concludes with: "Getting this error usually means a failing Blu-ray drive." But there is no evidence for that presently, based on working with other BR discs. Incidentally, all of the other files, such as 002 above, did in fact render successfully.
