Hello,
I have used Makemkv 1.16.3 to rip DVD's for about a year, no problems at all. I bought an LG external Blu-ray player connected with it's supplied USB cable and ripped a Blu-ray disc with makemkv and there is no audio. Checked that audio was "cheked", so I tried playing the Blu-ray with CyberLink, it plays and has audio, but the image is slightly ghost double and the color is vague. I tried a different Blu-ray movie and same ghost image and audio when played with CyberLink, but Makemkv says there is a problem with every track when trying to rip it. I'm new to Blu-ray. Does this sound like a problem with the LG player?
Thank you.
Blu-ray rip No Audio
Re: Blu-ray rip No Audio
No. It sounds like a problem that your PC is too old and doesn't have the capabilities to play these videos flawlessly. Be sure to enabe all hardware acceleration you can do. Play the files on a newer computer to narrow down if it's aproblem with the files or your hardware. i guess it's your hardware.
Re: Blu-ray rip No Audio
Thank you. That had crossed my mind once.
