Eat Pray Love - OK on PowerDVD10 - Bad When Streamed to TV

I used Makemkv to back up my blu-ray disk "Eat Pray Love" to my hard drive. I tried using PowerDVD10 to play it back. It plays but it's a bit jerky. My LG Blu-ray player is connected to my pc via an ethernet cable. I tired streaming the movie to my blu-ray player. Typically, a move converted using Makemkv plays fine when streaming to my blu-ray player. Occassionally, as was the case with this move, the movie appears to fall apart into little squares making it impossible to watch. Any clue as to why this is and how I can fix the problem? Thanks for your help.
