Re: 47 Meters Down: Uncaged
The protection system on this Blu ray is in such a muddled mess that even PowerDVD can't manage to play it. You can play it on a Blu ray player and it works fine, there's no problems but try and play it on a modern PC and you'll find that the segments are all messed up because Lionsgate have done such a job on it. I'd say we've reached the point here now where protection systems on Blu ray are that bad, can't even view it like normal as a buying customer. I think Lionsgate need to have a re think because if this carries on there won't be any Blu rays anymore one day

Seeing that this thread was made in 2019. Fast forward to 2025. I just heard of this movie.
I usually use windows process monitor to determine the correct playlist. And I also use "MartyMcNuts" program here: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=21777 to double check. I have compared both the recommneded playlist using those two programs. And even played the movie on VLC and oddly enough that reccomended playlist for all (VLC, process monitor and getmpls) have said to grab the wrong one. I ripped the one the OP mentioned and that works (00941.) Thanks !!
