Nothing Happens When Loading MovieObject.bdmv

When I try to open MovieObject.bdmv as a file nothing at all happens. No error messages, no nothing. If I play the m2ts file from stream, it plays fine. It's a registered version of MakeMKV, version 1.14.5 on Windows 10 Pro.

MakeMKV would normally be used to open index.bdmv, which would allow it to load the information about the entire disk.
