Unable to open "Relaxer" (2018) - The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

Hello all,

Recently, a Sundance film titled "Relaxer" Blu-Ray listing released on Blu Ray on I ordered it online. When trying to use MakeMKV, I get the errors

• This disc uses newer version of AACS protection. Please let us know about it by visiting http://www.makemkv.com/

• Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\Juice/.MakeMKV/MKB_v71_RELAXER_734C.tgz

• The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

• Failed to open disc

I placed the AACS dump file on this post.

Any help would be appreciated as i would like to put this movie on my Plex server.

The fastest way to get a response on AACS and keys is to email the files to svq@makemkv.com for Mike to examine. Posting them to the forum doesn't flag them for Mike.
