I was about to process the larger SVQ file and then I discovered the issue has been resolved (.MakeMKV/000001fb.svq)

I am new with this but when I try to extract this disc my copy is not playable. Where is this supposed fix and how do I get to it. I am running Windows 10.

You have to allow MakeMKV to contact the web server for updates. This is a two-step process; first, tell MakeMKV to do it (Preferences->General). If Windows complains about it, then you have to tell the firewall to allow the contact.
