Moana BluRay - Backup Failed

I've tried cleaning the disc and no luck. It plays fine in my other BluRay players

What can the debug information reveal about this failure? Thanks!

What results do you get if you use Open and Save to MKV instead of backup?

More information is displayed during the open process, and it will often narrow down which file is the problem. The backup will fail if ANY file isn't readable; Save to MKV will save whatever is readable.

Unless it is failing reading the directory information...

This is kind of dumb, but the problem was that I had a typo in the output directory. Once I corrected the typo, the disc ripped without any difficulty.

Thanks for the tip @Woodstock, using the 'Open and Save' method helped me see the problem.
