Keeping Up With the Joneses

#1 Post by Cornstick » Fri Jan 13, 2017 5:40 am

Looks like it has Street Lock. When opening I get the error "BD+ code processed but no FUT's were obtained, errors may follow"

Sure enough, the rip is junk. However is plays fine on my 6+ year old Sony player.

Your error message indicates a newer version of BD+. Along with it, there should have been a path to a file with the information Mike needs to fix it, and instructions to send it to svq@makemkv.com for analysis.

Did you do that?

No.... I figured you would want the log file but I no instructions popped up. Only the error message. I will send it now.

Thanks.

BD+ changes on an almost monthly basis, with new releases. Getting copies of the files is always important.

Thanks!

Is this something that will take a few days to sort out or just a few minutes?

With BD+, it's when Mike has time to work on it. If you allow MakeMKV to contact the web server for updates, USUALLY within a week, it will just work.

Mike makes no announcements about BD+ unless something special is happening that will require an update to the basic program, instead of just an SVQ being issued.
