Prometheus Failing on Rip

Running 1.10.2 on macOS Sierra and Prometheus continues to bomb out about midway through with the following errors:

I cleaned the disc, which looks immaculate, and it plays successfully on the Mac Blu-Ray Player. Any tips?

After cleaning, was the error location different?

After cleaning, was the error location different?

Truthfully, I didn't notice.

I wound up using PavtubeByteCopy and got a clean MKV rip, thought it seemed to take twice as long.
