The Dark Knight Rises

I have tried multiple times to convert my Blu-ray disc of "The Dark Knight Rises" using MakeMKV. This is a brand new disc so there aren't any scratches or other imperfections. I am using a Samsung SE-506CB/RSBD 6X USB 2.0 Slim Blu-ray Writer External Drive. These are the errors I'm receiving:

And yet, your drive says that part of the disk are unreadable, which means that MakeMKV can't get the data.

It is possible the disk was not pressed correctly, and has defects. Only replacement can fix that, but a wipe-down with a soft, damp rag can clean up finger prints and such that you might not see.
