Blu Ray Failed Rip

Hi

Has anyone received the error message below?

Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00002.m2ts' at offset '24387434496

Many times. It means your drive can't read the disk at that location.

First step is to clean the disk, because there are many things that can cause it to be unreadable.

I clean my disks with Pledge furniture polish and a soft cloth (never paper towel!), because it strips off finger prints and other muck, and the wax in it can smooth out minor scratches.
