Frankly, I have no idea what you're asking. What are you playing the BD with that stops on the logo? What does that have to do with MakeMKV?

Hi

Yes I have a Backed up copy of Taken 3 USA Retail that stops after the 20 century fox logo
I would like the correct Playlist for it to work correctly.
Then I can make from that a MakeMKV copy for family members thanks

Or this could be the wrong place to ask for this thanks

Was the backup done using MakeMKV? Was the encryption removed during the backup? When it completed, did it pass the final check made by MakeMKV on the file consistency?

When you play from a MakeMKV backup, your player software is navigating the menus found in the raw BD files. If the software stops playing after a while, the problem could be in the file itself OR in the playback software.

The FAQ linked in my signature tells you how to turn on debug logging, so we can see what happens when you do the backup OR open the disk for individual track extraction.

Getting a weird error I've never seen before with Taken 3. A window pops up and says:

BD+ code was processed but no FUTs were obtained, errors may follow and then it puts a dump file with a ton of stuff in it in my makemkv work folder.

I'm using v1.9.2 win(64) version.

Anyone else getting this?

Forward the dump file to svq@makemkv.com, so that Mike can analyze it and provide a new SVQ file to correct the issue.

SVQ Dump file forwarded to Mike. Same "No FUTs" message. MakeMKV completed the rip normally but output was pixilated.

It was horribly pixelated, for sure. Any idea when we may have a fix for this, Mike?

Thanks!

Terrific fix! Thank you Mike and all! The extended version is a long rip due to the extraordinarily long segment map, but it is flawless. Again, thanks! :)
