BluRay DVD's Won't Copy

I have just downloaded MakeMKV, and any BluRay I try does not copy. After trying to load disc I get a message that says "No disc inserted". I have tried several different BluRay DVD's and I keep getting No disc inserted. I can however make copies of standard DVD's with no problems. I enabled Debug logging here is the message.

Is there some option that I have overlooked? I am running Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1, 64 bit.

Hi!

Perhaps too obvious a question, but are you sure that your drive is capable of playing/reading Blu-ray discs, or is it limited to DVDs only?
