Avatar Extended Sub Issue

I am trying to rip the extended version of Avatar. When I rip with English Forced ONLY there are no subtitles present in the MKV, when I rip with English and English forced it shows the PGS subtitle track, but subtitles still do not appear.

Using MPC-HC
LAV Splitter

Any advice?

check my posts "force subtitle issue solved. it is about 4 down from your post and explains exactly how to accomplish this.
