Wings of Desire - no audio track selected by default

Wings of Desire has a bunch of extras with audio tracks in ONLY one of several "foreign" languages, these tracks get ripped by default settings without ANY audio at all. MakeMKV should be smart enough to know to rip the ONLY audio track, even if it isn't the "preferred language", and to rip the subtitles in "preferred language" for anything that has no Preferred Language audio track. We really need some Preferences to allow for setting these things, so every disc isn't a full-on manual double-check.

True. First time I ripped it, it played with the commentary rather than the German audio. I ripped it again, selecting German audio and everything is fine. The commentary is rather interesting as well.
