Can't rip Sin City Blu-ray Disc (Disc 1 - UK)

I've almost finished ripping all of my discs. What an epic task!

One or two have been troublesome, but so far there's only one I just can't rip, and that's Disc 1 of Sin City on Blu-ray Disc (the original Theatrical Cut).

I've tried it on my PC (Windows XP) and laptop (Windows 7). I've just given it a go with the new firmware (1.7.0, but to noavail. It gets about half way in, then just fails.

Any ideas?

If it's any help the details at the bottom say:

EDIT: A quick search shows it's likely to be a dirty/scratched disc, but I've cleaned it thoroughly with my glasses cloth, it looks perfect, and it's a newish disc.
