Why do you think it's a MakeMKV issue? Sounds more like a codec issue or something on your PC.

It's definitely a BD+ content protection issue. I had another disc in this series that did exactly the same. This was later fixed in an SDF update.

I would have thought if it was a protection issue, MakeMKV wouldn't successfully rip it.
