SCSI Error - Not a scratched disc. Tried 5 perfect discs.

Post by ldetering »

I'm receiving this SCSI Error .. I keep reading everywhere the disc is scratched, but I've tried 4 discs and they've all been flawless, not even dust on them.

I'm using a brand new Alienware M17x with the BD Drive. Pretty stoked to get this program moving, can't buy it until it works :)

Here's the log and a screen shot. I'd appreciate any help, thanks.

Have you previously successfully used the same hardware to read/play ANY original, commercial Blu-ray discs?

This error usually means drive failure. Please exit MakeMKV, then eject and insert disc back, wait for drive to spin down and then launch MakeMKV. See if it helps.
