Human Planet error

I just ripped Human Planet (disc 1, US) and I got the correct file (37.4gb), but it won't play back. It only gives a black screen and the file never plays, even though I hit play in the player (zoomplayer and mpc-hc). I can seek but it's always black. There were 4 options. 3 individual episodes and one file with them all combined. I did the one with them combined. Haven't tried the individual ones yet.

Is tyhis is a "FULL DISK" Blu-ray backup or a "Movie only" backup?
