You don't attach dumps here. Whenever MakeMKV cannot decrypt a disc, the standard process is the first point below:

• Email the generated tgz dump file to svq@makemkv.com so that MakeMKV can derive the key and add it to their internal hashed keys.

• So now that you have emailed the dump, if you would also like to help the community, first thing to do is either synchronize the KeyDB using SamuriHL's tool or download the latest public KeyDB zip file and extract it to the MakeMKV data directory (where the dumps are located). After doing this, if you still cannot rip the disc, you probably have a variant that is not yet in the KeyDB. Make a post providing:
  
  • the drive model used to create the dump file.
  • the full name of the dump file.
  • a download link for the dump file after you have hosted it somewhere (such as google drive, onedrive, mediafire etc..)
