When the preferences are set to rip only forced subtitles, the movie Hereafter has long stretched of french audio with no subtitles.
I'm playing it with xbmc on the mac.
I'll try a full rip and see if it makes any difference.

I was able to take the following file
http://www.subtitlesource.org/subs/6947 ... 64-TWiZTED
and add it in the subtitle section of Handbrake (click the add external SRT) and make sure to check the "default" box. After doing so, when I played the file on devices that support subtitles they appeared properly.
