Ripping Hawaii Five-0

I bought a boxset of the above (2010) series and ripped it. All went well, except two episodes are cut off at the end, they just stop. I ripped the complete disks to hdd using MakeMKV then ran MakeMKV again using the index files on hdd. Might there be any thoughts please. This is for the first episode -

...and of course all I had to do was re-rip from scratch and everythings fine now. Such is life...
