Problem while using default profile RIP Blu ray

Post by stepfr »

Hello,
i tried ripping a blu ray disk using DTS-HD Master Audio tracks, they send me warning about offset and track without data. As a result i had no audio on the resulting track. I tried converting audio to flac, and it seems to work. Perhaps something to check.

My blu ray write is libredrive firmware enabled.

I also wanted first a unprotected backup of the iso (as a save) so i used the "backup disk" option of makemkv, but it seems only copy the protected files (i can not read the streams using vlc) ? Is that normal ? (I'm a new user who was using dvdfab but there is too much bugs in this app).

There's a decrypt checkbox on the backup screen. I'm pretty sure it is unchecked by default. Make sure the box is checked and you'll get a decrypted backup.
