Why are there multiple copies of the main title on one disc?

So there's three titles that have the same size and appear to have the same tracks.
Why is this the case? How do I know which one to pick? Thanks.

In the case of a Disney title like this, there are different title and credit segments for different language markets. The play list with 00800 in its name is the one for English.
