Your drive cannot read parts of it. The first error is where the drive reached a bad spot, then Windows timed out waiting for the drive to STOP trying to read the bad spot.

At the very least, any disk you receive from Netflix or other services should be cleaned before ripping. Sometimes they're too scratched to rip.
