Your drive cannot read parts of the disk. MakeMKV can't work around unreadable media.

First step is to clean the disk. Even minor scratches can cause problems, so I usually use a wax to clean them.

Sometimes the disks themselves have authoring errors, and the only fix is to take it back for replacement.
