Hi!

1) Is this a Blu-ray or is it a DVD?

2) Is the source that you're attempting to copy a disc or is it an .ISO image file, or is it a set of files?

(You've posted in the "Blu-ray Errors" sub-forum, but the files referred to appear to be DVD-related)

This means that this particular drive is a bad choice for reading DVDs with mismatched region. Try copying these discs (as they should be rare) on another drive.
