I am getting corrupt or invalid errors, anyone have any suggestions?

Clean the disc. If it continues to generate the same errors, return it to the place of purchase in exchange for a new replacement...

I have the same problem and I have exchanged the discs twice. All three discs throw the same errors and I am unable to rip it. I am using the Windows version 1.14.4.
