Is my BD-RE WH14NS40 MT1939 Firmware Downgradable?

Newbie Alert! :D

Hello good folks!
This is my drive info and I would like to install the proper firmware for 4K/UHD. Is this possible with a drive platform of MT1939?

The MT1939 platform is too old to support 4K UHDs. If you try to flash it, you'll brick the drive.

It should work fine for ripping DVDs and regular blu-rays though.
