Fringe The Complete Series

The new september 2025 release of Fringe, The Complete Series is not able to rip correctly to mkv.

First disk, season 1, will generate 3 files, one file containing all 4 episodes with the correct primary sound. This big file contains segments 1,11,14,6 which are in the correct order. But the commentary audio is not present anywhere.

The other two files are episode 1 with commentary only audio. and the episode 3 with commentary audio only.

The problem is also on disk 2 but with different flavour, seems like one big file containing primary audio sound.

Would be nice if this can be fixed so i can rip all of the series into their respective episodes.

The prior releases were also this way, and discussed before. MKVToolNix can be used to separate files and/or combine audio tracks as needed.
