AACS v82 Blu-ray dump submission - MKB_v82_JIN_AKANISHI_LIVE_2024_WEEKEND

To whom it may concern,

I am on MakeMKV version 1.18.1 on windows 11. I was not able to open the Blu-ray due to the AACS version being v82 and the Blu-ray being released not too long ago. For your reference, I have attached the MakeMKV log for this specific Blu-ray.
