Hi!

That Blu-ray has been "rippable" since mid-July.

1) Check the disc for physical damage and/or dirt (fingerprints, peanut butter and jelly, etc.)

2) Try cleaning the disc and re-try ripping

BTW - Is your source material an original, commercial Blu-ray disc or something else?

I'm sorry, but its very easy for me to get muddled. You say:

Does this mean the disc is an ORIGINAL, PRESSED, COMMERCIAL Blu-ray? - Or does it mean it's a copy of a Blu-ray?

Glad to hear that your problem's been resolved - and that it apparently had nothing to do with MakeMKV ;>}
