Video files disappeared?

Video files disappeared?

Good morning.

Opening the folder decrypted blu-ray, not the video file I get H264,
MakeMKV do not complete the conversion.

Trying another conversion tool mkv the procedure is completed successfully.

What can be ilo problem?

Please enable debug log per instructions at http://www.makemkv.com/faq/item/8/catid/6 and see if any messages show up.
