Volume Key Unknown - "Thank You For Your Service"

I am attempting to read an original BD of "Thank You For Your Service", a rental disc from Netflix.

I had the same errors on this same title three days ago so I requested and received a replacement disc, but the errors are the same with the replacement disc.

There is also a log file with extension ".tgz" that I attached.

The disc played without error in my physical Blu-ray player. Of note is that when I inserted this disc, my Panasonic Blu-ray player displayed the message "Network Connection Started" prior to displaying the top menu.

Windows and the driver for your optical drive are fighting each other. And where they're fighting is where the information for the AACS key is stored.

Sometimes, resetting the computer (not just rebooting, resetting the motherboard, which might require powering it off if your computer doesn't have a RESET button) can sometimes clear things like this.

Wow, I can't believe I didn't try this. Power-cycling the computer fixed the problem.
