MakeMKV gets stuck at "Processing BD+ code using generic SVQ from builtin/generic.svq".

It's been running for over 12 hours now trying to open the disc and the progress bar hasn't moved at all in the past 10-11 hours.

The dump file is 0 KB so I have nothing to send either.

I have not seen a pause at this point personally, so I would suggest you send an email to support@makemkv.com with a link to this topic, to alert Mike to it. Reading the BD+ information should NOT be a long process, because it should be just building a translation table (Fix Up Table, or FUT), then moving on.

Unless a newer SVQ file is required, and that requires the dump file, which you aren't getting.
