Issues with Tom and Jerry Anthology

I just picked up the Tom and Jerry set on sale. I cannot open the disc in MakeMKV on either of my BD drives. First time I've ever seen the "Failed to Open Disc" error for any title. Has anyone else had issues?

Have you tried gently cleaning the disc?

If on Windows it is often recommended to let the OS see the disc first then open MakeMKV.

I don't have that blu-ray so I'm just speculating. It looks like MakeMKV skipped every title on that disc because they're all less than 600 seconds (aka 10 minutes). What happens if you adjust your settings to a smaller minimum time?

Oh geez... I'm so used to ripping full TV episodes. That's embarrassing.
