Different between these two drives? Pls help

Can someone please help me understand the difference between these two drives?

As I understand they're both ASUS BW-16D1HT which work with LibreDrive and MakeMKV. Do both of them work for ripping 4k UHD blu-rays?

The difference is in how they are packaged.

"Bulk" drives usually are in plain packaging and contain no accessories, intended for people who build computers and would have things like cables and software already. Retail will have more printing on the package, and might be bundled with software.

The drives themselves should be the same.
