Hello:
I have recently purchased A Star is Born, Aquaman, and Creed II. I was trying to back them up to my tv attached hard drive. Every time I try to rip these Blue Ray's the audio either is missing completely or is broken. I have been using the same method that I always was previously. Any insight you might have would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Re: Broken audio on new Blue Ray Discs
What happens if you play the MKV file on your computer, through something like VLC?
Smart TVs do not support all that many audio codecs.

As mentioned by Woodstock, it is most likely affected by the playback platform.
Roku and other smart TV apps are somewhat picky with MKV files, but are more friendly with mp4 files. What hardware and and apps are you using for playback?
