Burn a Region A Backup to a Region B Blu-ray Disc

I have a film in region A which I have make a backup of with Makemkv and I want to burn it to a blank Blu-ray disc so it will work in my region B player with all the menus and features, I've looked around but I'm not sure of the best way to do it.
