Huge thank you Balefire for helping me locate the right title. I also have the three disc blu ray pack that I got in 2022. I was also able to find a title with the matching segment map however mine was located at 211 or playlist 00721.mlps on the disc.

I have the 3 pack as well. This order worked for me. I just went one by one until I found it.

Mine was title 236; a 3-pack from amazon
also segments 518,519,511,503,509,516,513,501,520,517,508,515,514,506,502,505,504,510,512,507
The ISBN of my 3-pack seems to be something along the lines of 0 3139827227 4 82
To validate, I found that it can work to make a decrypted backup, then watch each of those segments in that order to make sure your disc isn't different
