* UPDATE
ok installed the new 1.8.1 and tried to open this disc again four times and im pleased to say it opened on all occasions without error Also im now test ripping to hdd so fingers crossed my issue with this disc is fixed 
presume the file i produced and sent helped so thanks for the great work.
