Exact same issue with 3rd disc only. Tried making an iso with imgburn but that fails also.

Is that a brand new disc or a used one? I have never experienced any issue with standard blu-ray discs apart from the latest AACS v82 decryption but that is a different story and solved now. ASUS BW-16D1HT, Pioneer 212-EBK and LG BU40N. All of them rip 100%. Most discs I buy are brand new, some of them used but never scratched. Always dusting off with camera lens blower and if that is not enough the cleaning pen solves the rest. Never touching the surface! Discs only and only in standard blu ray boxes!
