If this is an AACS issue, MakeMKV should have created a .tgz file in your MakeMKV data directory (Preferences->General to find it). AACS through version 62 should be handled by the latest version 1.10.2; if there is a newer version, the sooner Mike knows about it, the better.

Send the generated file to svq@makemkv.com for analysis. It shouldn't be very large.

Thank you. I don't know what else it could be. I searched using one of the error messages My Sassy Girl gave me and I found this thread. The explanation in here seemed logical, but I don't know now that it opened another older disc without any trouble.

And NOW the disc loaded?!

The only thing I hadn't done was restart

Bump.

I experienced this when trying to load "The Kitchen".

Probably want to avoid ripping that movie for now.

Edit: Files need to be mailed to svq@makemkv.com rather than be posted to the forum. Only Mike has the tools necessary to make use of them.

Had same problem with Infinity War 3D. AACS v65 and 1.14.5 Win (current as of today).

Sent TGZ file to svq@makemkv.com
