v1.15.1 does not work for me

Hi,
I just downloaded this version. I put a new Bluray disc in to copy and it tells me no disc is present. Have tried with two new discs.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

With the limited information available, it would seem that the operating system (which you didn't mention) is preventing MakeMKV from seeing the disk for some reason.

Windows, Linux, or MacOS? Version? Running as administrator or unprivileged user? Running locally or via remote access software?

You might also need to check if your blu-ray optical drive is working fine and can read blu-rays. If it’s an external blu ray drive, check if connected tightly. MakeMKV is a good software and I’ve been using this app for 6+ years.
